XP Relines management works alongside a crew of more than 90 reline technicians, operations personnel, and administration staff to ensure every aspect and expectation of a job is met with satisfaction.
Originating as Kaltech NZ Limited, and rebranding to XP Relines in 2017 as part of our Australian expansion, XP Relines has been mill relining for over 20 years.
We are committed to the ongoing training of all personnel to ensure that our technical and safety practices are of our expected high standard. We work as a team, and can quickly mobilise an experienced, qualified crew tailored to the specific requirements of your relining needs
Jeremy Pelvin | Consultant
Jeremy has more than a decade’s experience that’s seen him working and consulting in mine sites globally including Africa, South America, Asia, Europe and Australia.
He is proficient in a range of plant from steel lined SAG, AG and Ball mills to rubber-lined mills, as well as installations.
He has consulted on liner design changes and the various relining methods available to meet situations. Jeremy leads the diversification and expansion of XP Relines Pty Ltd and is committed to the company’s mission statement.
Craig Barker | Managing Director
Craig is passionate about relining and ensuring that sites have the safest and most efficient relines possible. As Managing Director, he has detailed knowledge on how to effectively plan and execute a reline, and how to best support our clients needs and help get the best out of all our staff.
He understands the importance of mill availability to enable clients to meet their production targets. Craig leads an international team of mill reliners, and works closely with both our staff and our clients to ensure we are providing them with a high quality service.
Josh Rochford | WA Reline Manager
As WA Reline Manager, Josh is responsible for the success and quality management of mill relines across WA.
Josh works closely with our clients leading into the reline and is on site during the reline to ensure everything flows smoothly and the reline is executed safely, efficiently and on time.
Don Pelvin | Consultant
As a cornerstone of XP Relines and its work, Don Pelvin’s experience in mining dates back to 1986. He has been involved in mill relining since 1992.
Don’s unquestionable experience and knowledge of relining encompasses every type of mill, design and location worldwide. Consultation, whether part of a routine reline, installation and commissioning, reconfiguration or solely on technical expertise is ongoing for Don and he is accurately described as one of the most experienced senior reline technical experts in the industry today.
Sarah Colquhoun | Finance Manager
Sarah has been part of the XP Relines team since 2019, working in multiple roles throughout that time. More recently, she has taken over as Finance Manager, and works to ensure we are equipped to deliver a high quality service model at affordable prices.
She works with our clients and our Managing Director to ensure quoting and invoicing is as smooth as possible for all parties.
Lisa Peckitt | Logistics
Lisa has been with XP Relines since 2019, and in that time has developed her understanding of the mining industry and the requirements to ensure reline support is delivered to our clients in a timely manner.
She has supported reline planning and completed logistics coordination for relines across multiple countries, and has a deep understanding of what both our clients and our staff require for a successful mobilisation and reline.
Robyn Pelvin | HR & Project Manager
Robyn has worked for the XP Relines Group since 2015, holding numerous roles across the organisation.
With a background is law and finance, she is now focused on building our HR function and implementing strategic projects, as well as being responsible for managing our tender submissions.
Sandy Hartshorn | HR & Project Administrator
Sandy joined XP Relines in 2021, and provides administration support across the group as well as localised support in Perth, Western Australia.
She comes to XP Relines with years of experience working for mining companies, and is able to add her insights to help us provide the best possible level of service to our clients.
